Tel Aviv — The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) launched a series of airstrikes on Houthi military infrastructure in Yemen’s Sanaa region, targeting a military facility near the presidential palace, the Asar and Hizaz power plants, and fuel depots.
The strikes came in direct response to recent rocket and drone attacks by the Houthi movement against Israel. The IDF said it is determined to “eliminate threats wherever they may be,” underscoring its resolve to neutralize hostile actors beyond its borders.
No immediate details on casualties were available.
